After artwork approval, allow up to 5 business days for production. Delivery typically takes 2–5 days after dispatch, excluding Sundays.

A single portrait takes our artists hours of patient work, drawn entirely by hand, studying the exact fold of an ear, the weight of a gaze, the small details that make them unmistakably yours. This is the slow part. This is also the whole point.

A clear phone photo is usually enough. Choose one taken in natural light, with your pet’s face and eyes visible. Avoid blurry images and heavy filters. If we need a different photo, we’ll contact you within 24 hours of ordering. Only have one special photo? Contact us before ordering so we can check it.
Simply reply to your preview email with what you’d like adjusted. Two rounds of refinements within your original photo and chosen style are included before approval. Any mistakes we make are corrected free of charge and don’t count toward your two rounds.
Your pet’s watercolor-style portrait and optional name are woven directly into 100% cotton using colored threads. The weave gives the artwork its distinctive texture. Thread colors and fine details will look different from a screen, so your digital preview shows the design and layout, rather than an exact match to the finished fabric.
Small, 37 × 52 inches: a lap blanket or chair accent.
Medium, 50 × 60 inches: a throw for everyday sofa time.
Large, 60 × 80 inches: extra room to wrap up.

Yes. Enter the recipient’s shipping address and use your own email at checkout so the artwork preview comes to you. You’ll approve the design before we weave and ship their blanket. For a birthday, holiday or other special date, contact us before ordering to check the current timeline.
You can cancel any time before approving your artwork for a full refund, with no artwork fee deducted. Once you approve, your blanket is made specifically for you, so change-of-mind cancellations and returns aren’t available. You’re still covered if it arrives damaged, defective or with an error made by us.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. For confirmed damage, a manufacturing defect, a wrong item or a production error in your approved design, choose a free replacement or a refund for the affected item. We’ll cover return shipping if a return is required.
