Track Your Order

When your poster ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.


HOW TO TRACK

1. Check your email (including spam/junk) for an email from FERNFAWN containing "shipped" or "tracking."
2. Click the tracking link to see delivery status.
3. If the link is not yet active, wait 24-48 hours. Carriers sometimes take a day to update.


NO TRACKING EMAIL?

Check your spam or junk folder. Verify the email address on your order is correct. Confirm you have approved your proof (production starts only after approval).

If everything checks out and you still have not received tracking, email support@fernfawn.com with your order number.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY AFTER APPROVAL

United States: 5-10 business days
United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
Canada and Australia: 7-12 business days
Europe: 7-14 business days


DIGITAL FILES

Digital files do not require shipping. Your file is delivered via email within 24 hours of approval. Check your spam folder if you have not received it.


DELIVERY ISSUES

If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find your package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If the issue is unresolved, contact support@fernfawn.com.

If your poster arrived damaged, email us with photos. We replace it at no cost.
